BEWARE- FALSE ADVERTISEMENT OF PRICING!! Supercuts in Eastbourne have their own printed list of pricing g £10 more than online booking pricing! My daughter who had really long hair came in to get a cut and once the hairdresser had cut of her ponytail in one cut THEN told me it was going to cost 35.95 as she had long hair!!! Even though after that one cut its shoulder length! What a bunch of crooks!

Awful! I visited Supercuts in Westfield White City and paid for a wash and cut, the lady who cut my hair didn’t even put it into sections before cutting it. I asked for it to be feathered to give it a bit of volume but she just cut it straight across, she spent no more than 3 minutes in total cutting it. Then she said she could only “towel dry” it as I didn’t pay for a blow dry. She literally squeezed the end of my hair once with a small thin towel and sent me on my way with soaking wet hair! I didn’t need it to be styled/blow dried as I wasn’t going anywhere after but she could of at least blasted it with the hairdryer for 2 minutes so my hair wasn’t still dripping wet as I left. The worst salon experience I’ve ever had, no effort was made with my hair or with me personally as a customer. I know it’s an affordable hairdressers so I wasn’t expecting 5 star service but the whole experience left me in tears.

I got my hair done today in the Livingston salon. Laurie and Kelly were working today. It was the first time Ike I have coloured my hair in many years. I choose to get bolyage. Laurie did my hair and she was fantastic from start to finish, she was so helpful at with me and went above and beyond! She made me feel very relaxed. I love my hair.

First experience of haircut post pandemic. I've been coming to Supercuts Nottingham Victoria Centre for over 10 years. They cut and blowdry (If you pay for blowdry) you can have a wet cut. Their charges are clear and clearly state *from* 24.95, the longer your hair, the style, how much hair being removed and whether a full restyle is decided on, this will change the final prices, they will tell you before or if you ask! For long hair cuts they often add a charge for leave in conditioning mask. At 4.95 that can add additional costs they will usually ask if you're okay with this before adding it. I booked on Friday paid £5 deposit, for appointment Sunday. Ookinf was simple but it was slow. Appointment day today: Showed up 5 minutes early, gave me a mask, swapped with my own to stop mine getting hair, cut accidentally etc. Stress free visit and lovely hairdressers. Very friendly as ever and at under £35 for at least 3 to 4" cut off, layered, plus wash/dry and straightening! I'm as always grateful. I removed one star for this visit because this visit they didn't ask if I wanted the leave in mask treatment, I would have said yes, it smells beautiful. :)There were 2 others booked in while in my haircut, appears most people were prebooking and no-one was sitting to wait on a walk-in.I love my hair and the haircut is brilliant as ever. Post 2021 virus lockdown.

I have had my hair cut in Wood Green. The service was top class and am very happy with my hair cut

Genuinely don't know where all the bad reviews are coming from. Jemma from Hemels Supercuts cut my hair really well. Impressed overall. She took her time and was amazing. Thanks to Supercuts! :)

I made an appointment with a deposit arrived promptly as asked and waited at least 45 minutes was not given a reason.Wash cut and dry i paid £36 when my husband saw it he told me to go back because it was so badly cut i was so annoyed . I didn't go back instead got my husband to shave the back it was so bad will NEVER use the milton keynes salon again

Absolutely useless. Do not order from them online! I paid extra for "express delivery" and it was still "processing" some 7 working days later (14 days in total!). I have repeatedly attempted to contact them via email without reply. Finally received an email today stating that they were unable to fulfill part of my order and that the other part would be dispatched.. this is AFTER I requested 2 days previously to cancel the entire order! Now I will have to go through the process of returning the order to a company who apparently have no administrative organisation. I will be surprised if they even know who I am...

High Wycombe branch:First complaint is that I could barely understand what my stylist was trying to say to me and had to awkwardly ask again and again to repeat what she had said. She then tried the hard sell on me to buy the shampoo and conditioner that she had used. Then when the phone rang and she had to stop my cut to answer, no problem, but you could hear her voice getting louder and louder because the person on the other end of the line couldn't understand what the stylist was saying to them! In the end, the only other stylist there had to take over the phone call and my stylist came back to me, obviously VERY worked up, and starting chopping at my hair and mumbling under her breath. When I got home, I realised what a terrible cut she has made to my hair, absolutely awful! Surfice to say I will NOT be going back there and will make sure my friends and family don't either!

I pre booked my appointment online and paid the £5 deposit to secure my slot. On arrival I was told they were running 15 minutes late. The bench was full of other waiting customers so I had to stand (I’m 39 weeks pregnant!). After waiting for half an hour I decided enough was enough and asked for my deposit back. I was handed a mobile phone to speak to the regional manager who said I couldn’t have my deposit back if I chose to walk out. Really disappointed that keeping the £5 deposit was more important to him than building advocates for the franchise. Will not be going back.

Brilliant as always. Helen gave me a sassy short style make over. Great service and very talented stylists.

Got my haircut today had my own mask & after the girl swept the floor & i had to pay £3.60 levy because of covid total rip off.
